Our standard requirements are:

Individuals must be confident and comfortable picking passengers up from various locations such as their homes, and medical facilities while on gurneys, various wheelchair types, or ambulatory. 

Ensures the safety of passengers with severe physical, mental, or developmental problems while in the vehicle. 

Maintains trip and vehicle logs.

Prepare reports of driving hazards, accidents, and/or passenger incidents.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WORK WITH Operation Life NEMT?

You must be at least 18 years old Clean criminal record/DMV record) CA DL (C class- Regular)

Your own vehicle (For Wheelchairs, your vehicle must be equipped with a Power or Manual ramp/ADA-approved securement floor system.

Your own insurance (the minimum liability insurance requirement is $1 million, which must be maintained at all times while operating the vehicle)
